Rachael Kolodziejczak APN, PMHNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry.

Rachael received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Rachael worked as an Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse at Jefferson Health. Rachael has also worked in Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing, Emergency Mental Health/Crisis Stabilization, and Hospice Care settings.

Rachael went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Where she became a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
