Rachael Kolodziejczak APN, PMHNP-BC

Rachael Kolodziejczak, APN, PMHNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. She provides high quality mental health care services to patients throughout Cherry Hill, New Jersey, as part of the team at Clarity Psychiatry Care.

Rachael received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Following graduation, she worked as an Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse at Jefferson Health. She also spent time working in Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing, Emergency Mental Health/Crisis Stabilization, and Hospice Care settings.

Dedicated to furthering her education, Rachael went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, where she became a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Rachael's extensive experience, coupled with her skill in her field, is crucial for advocating for and treating children, adolescents, and adults who need guidance with their mental health. She looks forward to caring for patients of all ages at Clarity Psychiatry Care.
